COMMUNITY SPACES

St. Clair Place Community Park

Working with the St. Clair Place Neighborhood Association, NEAR purchased three contiguous properties on Jefferson Avenue for development as a NEIGHBORHOOD PARK. The neighborhood association worked with Ball State University students to develop a plan for the park. It is intended to become a well-maintained community space. The park/community space has already received lots of love and will need lots more.

Pocket Parks

NEAR maintains four POCKET PARKS within St. Clair Place. These one-lot spaces are open to neighbors to use for recreation, community gardening, and small gatherings.
